You're Brrr-fect

I just got a few stamps from Paper Smooches.  These stamps are soooo adorable!! The card I made today is from the Chilly Chums stamp set.
I heat embossed the sentiment and snowflakes with white embossing powder.  I then used Tumbled Glass and Peacock Feather distress inks for the background.  I colored the stamped seal with Spectum Noir markers, added googly eyes, and bling to her ribbon.  I used glitter paper for snow.

I am entering this card in the Paper Smooches SPARKS challenge, Anything Goes.
I am also entering it on Simon Says Stamp's Monday Challenge, Anything Goes.

Thanks for looking and Happy Crafting!
